Mount Mark Lodge No. 50 is a regularly constituted Mark Lodge operating under the jurisdiction of:

We meet on the Third Thursday of March, June, September, and December at times specified in the summons.

3. ELIGIBILITY TO USE THE SITE
3.1 Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Site. Masonic membership requires age 21 or older (or as specified by Grand Lodge regulations).
3.2 Masonic Status
Certain areas of the Site are restricted to:
- Master Masons in good standing
- Current members of Mount Mark Lodge No. 50
- Authorized visitors with proper credentials
3.3 Geographic Restrictions

5. PERMITTED USE OF THE SITE

- Decisions of the Worshipful Master
Violations may result in referral to Lodge or Grand Lodge authorities.
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
6.1 Ownership
All content on this Site, including but not limited to:
- Text, graphics, logos, and images
- Videos, audio files, and multimedia
- Software and code
- Masonic symbols and emblems specific to the Lodge
- Historical documents and archives
- Design and layout
Is owned by Mount Mark Lodge No. 50, the Grand Mark Lodge of India, or used with permission, and is protected by:
- Indian copyright laws

6.2 Limited License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

General Rule: Subscriptions and dues are non-refundable.
Exceptions:
- Duplicate payments (refund of excess)

- Demitting members (pro-rated refund at Lodge discretion)
8.5 Event Fees
Event registration fees:
- Are separate from annual subscriptions
- Have specific refund policies stated at registration

- The amount you paid to the Lodge in the 12 months preceding the claim, OR
- Rs. 10,000 (Ten Thousand Rupees)
Whichever is less.
11.3 Essential Purpose
Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability for incidental or consequential damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
12. INDEMNIFICATION
12.1 Your Agreement to Indemnify
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Mount Mark Lodge No. 50, its officers, members, agents, and representatives from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from:

- Your violation of any third-party rights

- Your violation of Masonic obligations

17. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
17.1 Informal Resolution
Before pursuing formal legal action, you agree to:

- Allow 30 days for good-faith negotiation
- Consider mediation if negotiation fails
17.2 Arbitration (Optional)
By mutual agreement, disputes may be resolved through:

18.1 Additional Obligations
Lodge members are additionally bound by:
- Lodge By-Laws (chartered August 16, 1974)
- Book of Constitutions of the Grand Mark Lodge of India
- Masonic obligations taken at advancement
- Decisions of the Worshipful Master and Lodge officers
18.2 Hierarchy of Documents
In case of conflict:
- Book of Constitutions (Grand Mark Lodge of India)
- Lodge By-Laws
- These Terms and Conditions
- Privacy Policy and Disclaimer
18.3 Masonic Discipline
Violations of these Terms by members may result in:
- Suspension of website privileges
- Referral to the Worshipful Master
- Masonic charges under the Book of Constitutions
- Suspension or expulsion from the Lodge
19. GENERAL PROVISIONS
19.1 Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Disclaimer, constitute the entire agreement between you and Mount Mark Lodge No. 50 regarding use of the Site.
